Keystone Donates $40,000 to Indiana FFA Foundation Toward Agriculture Education & Leadership

Keystone Cooperative continues its strong commitment to youth agriculture education and leadership by donating $40,000 to the Indiana FFA Foundation in 2025. This commitment reflects the value Keystone and its employees and farmer-members place on the FFA organization and the many benefits it offers its members.
To amplify the impact of Keystone’s gift, Syngenta will match the $40,000 donation with an equivalent contribution to the National FFA Foundation on Keystone’s behalf. This contribution reinforces Keystone’s dedication to fostering the next generation of agricultural leaders in the communities it serves.
This year’s donation will support programs that provide hands-on learning experiences in conservation, technology, and leadership development. Keystone recognizes the invaluable role that FFA plays in preparing students for careers in the evolving agricultural industry. Many Keystone employees are former FFA members, and several continue to give back as volunteers, mentors, coaches, and contest judges.

Programs like SEED (Securing Experience & Employee Development) offer non-college-bound graduates full-time employment opportunities within Keystone, allowing them to explore different sectors of the cooperative and build long-term careers in agriculture and energy.
