BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Keystone Cooperative is divided into 5 districts. Each district has representation from 4 Keystone Board Members. Directors are elected to 4-Year terms by the shareholders in their district. The function of the board of directors is to evaluate the overall direction and strategy of the cooperative business, which has core divisions of energy, agronomy, grain and swine & animal nutrition.
