FARMER-MEMBER TERMS

All Member’s accounts with Keystone must be current to be eligible for the trip. The final determination of Member eligibility shall be in the sole and absolute discretion of Keystone. Keystone reserves the right to modify any terms and conditions for participation in the trip or to cancel the trip in its entirety. Full terms and conditions apply.

All participation options are fully contingent upon meeting the program’s qualification requirements. Please review the eligibility terms below:

• All members must complete qualification requirements by August 31, 2026, to remain eligible.
• Only one trip may be earned per qualifying entity.
• Invitations are non-transferable, and attendance is limited to active cooperative members of the qualifying entity.
• Accounts with Keystone must always be current and in good standing up until trip date per the Keystone Board policies to maintain eligibility for the trip.
• Keystone reserves the right to determine final eligibility, modify program terms, or cancel the trip if necessary.
• Registration is required within 14 days of receiving the official invitation email this fall which will contain additional terms and conditions.

Please be advised that if the U.S. Department of State raises the travel advisory for the destination to a level at which Keystone determines it is not appropriate to send members, Keystone reserves the right to cancel the trip. In the event the trip is cancelled due to security or travel advisory concerns, participants who elected to remain enrolled in the trip will not be eligible for a Keystone Account Credit.

TRAVEL ADVISORY TERMS

Keystone Account Credit Option Deadline

Participants may choose the Keystone Account Credit Option by April 15, 2016, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time. Selections made after this date will not be accepted.

Trip Cancellation Due to Travel Advisories

Keystone may cancel the trip if the U.S. Department of State issues a Level 3 (“Reconsider Travel”) or Level 4 (“Do Not Travel”) Travel Advisory for the destination. Keystone will use its judgment to determine whether it is appropriate to proceed with the trip under those circumstances.

What Happens If an Advisory Is Issued

If a qualifying travel advisory is issued, Keystone will notify participants and provide instructions and a deadline for withdrawing from the trip.

Effect on Account Credits if the Trip Is Cancelled

If Keystone cancels the trip due to a qualifying travel advisory or related security concern, participants who did not withdraw from the trip by April 15, 2026 will not receive a Keystone Account Credit.
