Opportunity at Their Feet: State FFA Officers Visit Indian Trails
Dec 10, 2021
Mondays are nearly as rough when you kick off the week with some of Indiana's best and brightest.
On Monday, December 6 we welcomed the Indiana State Officer team for a Business & Industry Goodwill visit, which we partnered with FMC to organize.
Employee Dave Maston visits with Secretary Nicholas Neuman
This was a tremendous opportunity for both parties, as the officer team was able to drive application equipment, learn about our dispatch system and discover ways to create opportunities for themselves beyond the resume.
Jordyn Wickard and Nicholas are about to take the wheel!
Co-Alliance benefitted from the visit greatly because we were able to hear from each officer about their highlights of officership 6 months in, their future aspirations and visit with the future of agriculture while they buckled up for a drive!
We were so happy to have former Chairman of the Board, Allen Mohler, join us for the visit, tours and lunch. Allen has been a fantastic supporter of the FFA organization over the years and he remains an owner-member.
Lindsay Sankey discusses unlocking opportunity by understanding your Why
We were glad to share stories of our ladder-climbing experiences - good and bad! - and how we arrived at our career within Co-Alliance.
Tyler Kilmer wasn't shy about climbing the ladder to the next great adventure as a State FFA Officer
Kourtney Otte and Abby Stuckwisch brought so much enthusiasm to the event
Madisen Carns made everyone laugh when we remarked that she was from a neighborhood where you didn't see many of these machines. Isn't that the beauty of FFA?
We are grateful for the opportunity to visit with this team and host them on our turf. There is such value in experiencing all facets of agriculture, from corporate culture to ag center operations. Many thanks to Jennifer Maruszewski of FMC for organizing such an event. We value this partnership greatly.
