SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR TO CLAIM THE PRIZE. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR ODDS OF WINNING. ALL APPLICABLE FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL AND MUNICIPAL LAWS, RULES, AND REGULATIONS APPLY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

  1. PROMOTION DESCRIPTION: Keystone Cooperative, Inc. (“Sponsor”) is conducting a sweepstakes to give away a summer swine prize pack to three winners over the 2025 summer, to be determined by random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The “Entry Period” shall run from June 9, 2025 through August 8, 2025. Specific entry dates identified below. Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional acceptance of and agreement to comply these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to this Sweepstakes. Winning the Prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements as set forth herein. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify persons found tampering with or otherwise abusing any aspect of this Sweepstakes as solely determined by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend, modify, or terminate this Sweepstakes.
  2. PRIZES AND HOW TO ENTER: There are three prizes entrants are eligible to win (collectively, the “Prizes”): 
  • 1st Prize Package - brush and hair spray package
    1. Entry Period: June 9, 2025 to June 13, 2025
    2. Entrants may enter the Sweepstakes by visiting Sponsor’s booth at the Exposition Swine Show and completing all fields of the Sweepstakes submission form via a Sponsor iPad.
    3. Winner announced at 4 pm on June 13, 2025 
  • 2nd Prize Package - Whip and feed pan package
    1. Entry Period: June 29, 2025 to July 4, 2025
    2. Entrants may enter the Sweepstakes by visiting Sponsor’s booth at the End of Summer Spectacular and completing all fields of the Sweepstakes submission form via a Sponsor iPad.
    3. Winner announced at 4pm on July 4, 2025 
  • Grand Prize – showbox
    1. Entry Period: June 9, 2025 to August 8, 2025 
    2. May enter at either of the above events
    3. Winner announced at 4pm at the end of Sponsor’s summer swine investment, Gilt show day at the Indiana State Fair on August 8, 2025 (Keystone Day at the Indiana State Fair)

All entries must be received by the end date of the Entry Period as provided in these Official Rules. The potential winner may be required to provide valid and legal proof of identification. All entries must be fully and accurately completed and submitted. The Prizes are not redeemable for cash. The Prizes are non-transferable and non-endorsable. No substitution or transfer of a Prize permitted except at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Unless otherwise identified herein, all expenses associated with the receipt and use of a Prize, including but not limited to federal, state, and local taxes, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Total approximate retail value of the Prize is $500. 

  1. ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Only one entry per household and customer account (with Sponsor). Sponsor’s employees, their respective agents, affiliates, and subsidiaries, and members of the immediate families or households of each, are not eligible.  
  2. SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNER: On or about the dates identified above, Sponsor will select the winner of the applicable Prize through a random computer-generated drawing from all eligible entries received during the specified Entry Period. Such selection of the winner by Sponsor is final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The winner will be notified by Sponsor via the email or phone number provided on its submission form. The winner may waive its right to receive the Prize. If the potential winner cannot be reached within 10 days of the first attempt, the Prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor and its representatives are not responsible for: (i) lost, late, or entries that don’t identify the entrant; and (ii) any typographical or other error in the printing, offering, or announcement of the Prize. The winner must comply with the terms set forth in Sections 3 and 4 of these Official Rules.
  3. GENERAL CONDITIONS: By entering this Sweepstakes, the entrant (a) agrees to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and decisions of Sponsor; (b) agrees to release Sponsor (as set forth in the release of liability below), its affiliates, subsidiaries, sales representatives, and its employees, officers, and agents from any and all liability, loss, damage, or injury resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes or awarding or receipt of the Prize and acknowledge that Sponsor, nor its employees, officers, and agents, have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the Prizes; and (c) consents to use of his or her name, likeness, and/or uploaded photo or video for advertising and promotional purposes in connection with this Sweepstakes by Sponsor and its employees, officers, and agents, without consideration or further permission, unless prohibited by law. These Official Rules are subject to applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. 
  4. RELEASE OF LIABILITY: By entering this Sweepstakes, entrant agrees to hold harmless and release Sponsor and its employees, officers, agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and all others associated with the development and execution of this Sweepstakes from any and all existing or future, alleged or actual, claims, actions, and liabilities with respect to or in any way arising from this Sweepstakes, participation in any sweepstakes-related activities, and/or delivery, failure of delivery, or acceptance of a Prize. Sponsor and its employees, officers and agents are not responsible for user cheating or fraud by any entrants. Entrants who engage in any of the foregoing activities will be disqualified and will forfeit the Prize if won.
  5. DISPUTES: Except where prohibited, by participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, this Sweepstakes or the Prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Marion County, Indiana. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrant’s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with this Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether the State of Indiana or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Indiana. 
  6. PRIVACY POLICY: Any data or information, including personally identifiable information, collected during an entrant's participation in this Sweepstakes may be used by Sponsor, its affiliates, agents, and marketers and will be treated in a manner consistent with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy accessible at Privacy Policy & Terms of Use - Keystone Cooperative. 
  7. MISCELLANEOUS: The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of the terms and conditions of these Official Rules and/or any other documentation will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision of these Official Rules and/or any other documentation are determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, the other provisions will remain in effect and will be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules will not constitute a waiver of that provision. Entrant agrees to waive any rights to claim ambiguity of these Official Rules.
