- Grower purchases seed, chemistry, fertilizer, and fungicide for wheat acres
- Growers agrees grain must be delivered to a Keystone grain location
- Fields must have Keystone brand signage

Growers must register for the program by April 1, 2026.
Premium paid only on bushels contracted by May 30, 2026.
