CO-OP CLASSIC SURVEY DRAWING OFFICIAL RULES

1. DRAWING: Keystone Cooperative, Inc. (“Sponsor”) is conducting a drawing (“Sweepstakes”) for a chance to win a $100 gift card to Sponsor’s Co-op Shop (the “Prize”). No substitution or transfer of prize is permitted except by Sponsor.

2. ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and its affiliates, and their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible to participate.

3. ENTRY PERIOD: Entries will be accepted from September 14, 2026 through September 30, 2026.

4. HOW TO ENTER: Participants will receive one entry by submitting a completed survey during the Entry Period. Limit one entry per person. All entries must be received by the end date of the Entry Period as provided in these Official Rules.

5. SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNER: On or about October 1, 2026, Sponsor will select one winner of the Prize through a random computer-generated drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Such selection of the winner by Sponsor is final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The winner will be notified by Sponsor via the email or phone number provided or on file with Sponsor. If the potential winner cannot be reached within 10 days of the first attempt, the Prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor and its representatives are not responsible for: (i) lost, late, or entries that don’t identify the entrant; and (ii) any typographical or other error in the printing, offering, or announcement of the Prize.

6. GENERAL CONDITIONS: By entering this Sweepstakes, the entrant (a) agrees to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and decisions of Sponsor; (b) agrees to release Sponsor (as set forth in the release of liability below), its affiliates, subsidiaries, sales representatives, and its employees, officers, and agents from any and all liability, loss, damage, or injury resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes or awarding or receipt of the Prize and acknowledge that Sponsor, nor its employees, officers, and agents, have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the Prize; and (c) consents to use of his or her name, likeness, and/or uploaded photo or video for advertising and promotional purposes in connection with this Sweepstakes by Sponsor and its employees, officers, and agents, without consideration or further permission, unless prohibited by law. These Official Rules are subject to applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

7. PRIVACY POLICY: Any data or information, including personally identifiable information, collected during an entrant's participation in this Sweepstakes may be used by Sponsor, its affiliates, agents, and marketers and will be treated in a manner consistent with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy accessible at Privacy Policy & Terms of Use - Keystone Cooperative.

8. MISCELLANEOUS: Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional acceptance of and agreement to comply with these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend, modify, or terminate this Sweepstakes.

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR TO CLAIM THE PRIZE. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR ODDS OF WINNING. ALL APPLICABLE FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL AND MUNICIPAL LAWS, RULES, AND REGULATIONS APPLY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
