CLASS OF 2027 CAREER OPPORTUNITIES

At Keystone Cooperative, we're focused on building the talent of the future. We believe a career in agriculture, energy, and rural America can start the moment you graduate high school, and we're committed to helping young people turn ambition into a lifelong profession. Through structured development opportunities, hands-on learning, and clear career pathways, we don't just offer jobs, we offer three talent tracks designed to help you build a meaningful career for years to come.

SEED

Not everyone wants to spend the next four years sitting in a classroom. Some are ready to learn by doing, gain real-world experience, and start building a career immediately. That's where SEED (Securing Experience + Employee Development) comes in.

SEED is a one-year career-launching program designed for recent high school graduates who are ready to go to work full-time while exploring the many opportunities available at Keystone Cooperative. As a paid, full-time employee, you'll gain hands-on experience across our diverse businesses, helping you discover where your passions and talents fit best.

Throughout the year, you'll rotate through key areas of our cooperative, including:

  • Energy
  • Agronomy
  • Livestock, Feed & Grain

CDL DRIVER PROGRAM

Do you enjoy being on the move, working independently, and seeing the countryside instead of staring at four walls all day? The CDL Driver Program at Keystone Cooperative offers a rewarding career path for young people who want to hit the road, gain valuable skills, and play an important role in supporting local farmers and rural communities.

As a CDL Driver, no two days are exactly alike. You'll help deliver products that keep farms running, transport agronomy products where they're needed most, and support day-to-day operations across the facility. It's a hands-on role for someone who enjoys responsibility, takes pride in their work, and likes the freedom that comes with being behind the wheel.

APPRENTICE APPLICATOR

Do you love being outdoors, working with farmers, and seeing the direct impact of your work every day? As an Apprentice Applicator at Keystone Cooperative, you'll be on the front lines of Midwest agriculture, helping farmers grow the crops that feed and fuel our communities.

This is a hands-on career for people who enjoy operating equipment, solving problems, and working in the field rather than behind a desk. You'll learn how to safely apply crop nutrients and fertilizer products, use advanced agricultural technology, and work directly with local farmers to help maximize the success of their operations.
