OFFICIAL RULES


NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR TO CLAIM THE PRIZE. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR ODDS OF WINNING. ALL APPLICABLE FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL AND MUNICIPAL LAWS, RULES, AND REGULATIONS APPLY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

  1. PROMOTION DESCRIPTION: Keystone Cooperative, Inc. (“Sponsor”) is conducting a sweepstakes to give away free propane to one winner, to be determined by random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period at the Fort Wayne Farm Show. The “Entry Period” shall run from the official opening time on January 13, 2026, through the official closing time of the Fort Wayne Farm Show on January 15, 2026. Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional acceptance of and agreement to comply these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to this Sweepstakes. Winning the Prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements as set forth herein. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify persons found tampering with or otherwise abusing any aspect of this Sweepstakes as solely determined by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend, modify, or terminate this Sweepstakes. 
  2. PRIZE: The winner will win up to 1,000 gallons of free propane supplied by Sponsor between February 1, 2026, through January 31, 2027 (the “Prize”), subject to certain reasonable waiting times for customer account setup, where applicable, and compliance with safety requirements, and order and delivery times. Deliveries of propane will be made to the address on winner’s Submission Form and only to a propane tank owned by Sponsor or the winner, and such tank must pass a Propane Safety Check completed free of charge by Sponsor prior to the first delivery. If the winner does not own a propane tank, or does not already have a propane tank owned by Sponsor set at its address, Sponsor shall provide and set a propane tank free of charge, contingent on the winner executing the required equipment lease with Sponsor. The Prize is not redeemable for cash. The Prize is non-transferable and non-endorsable. No substitution or transfer of the Prize permitted except at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Unless otherwise identified herein, all expenses associated with the receipt and use of the Prize, including but not limited to federal, state, and local taxes, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Total approximate retail value of the Prize is $2,500. 
  1. ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Only one entry per household and customer account (with Sponsor). To win the Prize, the selected winner must be an existing customer, or must become a customer, of Sponsor. If entrant is a current customer of Sponsor, entrant must be in good standing at the time of entry to be eligible. Sponsor’s employees, their respective agents, affiliates, and subsidiaries, and members of the immediate families or households of each, are not eligible.  
  2. HOW TO ENTER: Entrants can participate in the Sweepstakes by visiting the Sponsor’s booth at the Fort Wayne Farm Show, confirming they are an active registrant of the event, and completing all required fields of the online Sweepstakes submission form, accessible via a QR code at the Sponsor’s booth (“Submission Form”). All entries must be received by the end date of the Entry Period as provided in these Official Rules. The potential winner may be required to provide valid and legal proof of identification. All entries must be fully and accurately completed and submitted.  
  3. SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNER: On or about February 1, 2026, Sponsor will select one winner of the Prize through a random computer-generated drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Such selection of the winner by Sponsor is final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The winner will be notified by Sponsor via the email or phone number provided on its Submission Form. The winner may waive its right to receive the Prize. If the potential winner cannot be reached within 10 days of the first attempt, the Prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor and its representatives are not responsible for: (i) lost, late, or entries that don’t identify the entrant; and (ii) any typographical or other error in the printing, offering, or announcement of the Prize. The winner must comply with the terms set forth in Sections 3 and 4 of these Official Rules.
  4. GENERAL CONDITIONS: By entering this Sweepstakes, the entrant (a) agrees to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and decisions of Sponsor; (b) agrees to release Sponsor (as set forth in the release of liability below), its affiliates, subsidiaries, sales representatives, and its employees, officers, and agents from any and all liability, loss, damage, or injury resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes or awarding or receipt of the Prize and acknowledge that Sponsor, nor its employees, officers, and agents, have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the Prize; and (c) consents to use of his or her name, likeness, and/or uploaded photo or video for advertising and promotional purposes in connection with this Sweepstakes by Sponsor and its employees, officers, and agents, without consideration or further permission, unless prohibited by law. These Official Rules are subject to applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. 
  5. RELEASE OF LIABILITY: By entering this Sweepstakes, entrant agrees to hold harmless and release Sponsor and its employees, officers, agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and all others associated with the development and execution of this Sweepstakes from any and all existing or future, alleged or actual, claims, actions, and liabilities with respect to or in any way arising from this Sweepstakes, participation in any sweepstakes-related activities, and/or delivery, failure of delivery, or acceptance of the Prize. Sponsor and its employees, officers and agents are not responsible for user cheating or fraud by any entrants. Entrants who engage in any of the foregoing activities will be disqualified and will forfeit the Prize if won.
  6. DISPUTES: Except where prohibited, by participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, this Sweepstakes or the Prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Marion County, Indiana. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrant’s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with this Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether the State of Indiana or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Indiana. 
  7. PRIVACY POLICY: Any data or information, including personally identifiable information, collected during an entrant's participation in this Sweepstakes may be used by Sponsor, its affiliates, agents, and marketers and will be treated in a manner consistent with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy accessible at [Privacy Policy].
  8. MISCELLANEOUS: The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of the terms and conditions of these Official Rules and/or any other documentation will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision of these Official Rules and/or any other documentation are determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, the other provisions will remain in effect and will be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules will not constitute a waiver of that provision. Entrant agrees to waive any rights to claim ambiguity of these Official Rules.
