SAFETY

Safety is our greatest priority, and this internship ensures that we’re doing the right things to keep employees, members, and the public safe. If you want an internship that allows you to see an amazing cross section of the Keystone business, our Safety internship is for you!

Work closely with our safety team and assist with the following projects:

• SPCC (Spill Prevention, Control and Countermeasure) – these are written plans for all petroleum bulk storage locations. Inspections and plan review are required annually and for 5-year updates. We can update and self-certify our own plans if no spills or significant changes to the storage facility.
• RMP (EPA Risk Management Plan) - Update RMP's at locations with anhydrous ammonia making sure we meet the appropriate deadlines.
• CFATS (Chemical Facility Anti-Terrorism Standard) - Electronic review and updates for all facilities storing hazardous materials.
• Grain Engulfment Simulator Training – Assist with administrative issues associated with the grain engulfment training. Travel to different locations and participate in training.
